01 Overview
Trackt ("Trackt", "we", "us", or "our") is a product of Aaryx AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit usetrackt.app or join our waitlist.
We are currently in pre-launch. The only personal data we collect at this stage is what you voluntarily provide when joining our waitlist. We do not yet connect to your Gmail, calendar, or any other account. That integration will require a separate, explicit authorization when the product launches.
02 What We Collect
At the waitlist stage, we collect only what you submit through the signup form:

We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit the site:

This technical data is collected through standard web analytics and helps us understand how people find and use the site. It is not linked to your name or email address.
03 How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes only:
- To send you early access notifications when Trackt launches
- To send occasional product updates relevant to the waitlist (infrequent, no spam)
- To understand which professional roles are most interested in Trackt, so we can build the right product
- To improve the landing page experience based on aggregate, anonymized analytics
We will never use your email address to send unrelated marketing, sell advertising, or contact you on behalf of third parties.
The legal basis for processing your data under GDPR is your explicit consent provided when you submitted the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing privacy@usetrackt.app.
04 Third Parties and Data Processors
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. These services act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.
When the full product launches, Gmail and calendar integrations will require a separate OAuth authorization process. You will be clearly informed what data those connections access before you grant permission.
05 Data Retention
We retain your waitlist data until one of the following occurs:
- You request deletion (see Your Rights below)
- The product has launched and the waitlist period has closed
- We determine the product will not launch, at which point we will delete all waitlist data within 30 days
Anonymous, aggregated analytics data (no name or email attached) may be retained indefinitely for internal reporting purposes.
06 Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent: Opt out of all communications at any time
- Object to processing: Object to how we use your data
These rights apply to users under GDPR (EU / UK) and similar rights exist for California residents under CCPA. We honor these requests regardless of your location.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@usetrackt.app. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for these requests.
07 Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit via Formspree's secure infrastructure.
That said, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR, and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
08 Cookies
Our waitlist landing page currently does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral tracking scripts at this stage.
The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary functional cookies from our hosting provider (Vercel) required to serve the page. These do not track you across other sites and do not require consent under most privacy laws.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement a cookie consent mechanism at that time.
09 Children's Privacy
Trackt is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our waitlist, please contact us immediately at privacy@usetrackt.app and we will delete it promptly.
10 Changes to This Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves, particularly when Gmail and calendar integrations are added. When we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
